A new, and already popular, eco-friendly deli counter with take away meals, baked treats and self-service coffee.
Turnip the Beet's weekly changing menu features a wide variety of world cuisine, with some of the more popular dishes being Japanese Chicken Katsu, Butter Chicken, Vegan Sri Lankan Jackfruit Curry, Moroccan Lamb Tagine & Balinese Beef Satay, along with some Mediterranean dishes and sometimes French too.
Many walkers opt for one of the popular lunch deals which includes a main dish with a side along with a fresh homemade naan bread served in a composable Vegware container made from plants. Meals can be enjoyed on one of the benches inside or outside the Deli.
There is also a small retail space that offers midge repellants & nets, snacks for the way and their delicious home-brewed kombucha.
